Supervision Will Be Performed In The Installation Industry In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices. A Person Acting As An Investors Supervision Inspector In The Installation Specialty Should Have Unlimited Construction Qualifications In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices, Which Constitute The Basis For Performing Independent Technical Functions Referred To In The Act Of July 7 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) Or Corresponding Authorizations Issued To Citizens Of The European Economic Area, The Swiss Confederation And Third Countries, Subject To Compliance With Art. 12A And Other Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Act On The Principles Of Recognition Of Professional Qualifications Acquired In The Member States Of The European Union (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 334, As Amended). The Scope Of Construction Works Covered By Supervision Includes All Works Related To The Thermal Modernization And Renovation Of 7 Public Utility Buildings In Accordance With The Technical Industry Documentation Separate For Each Building As Part Of: The Modernization Program Of Public Utility Buildings In The Commune Strzegom, Including: - Replacement Of Heat Sources - Reconstruction And Construction Of Boiler Rooms Based On Both Air And Ground Heat Pumps, Implementation Of An Energy Management System, Replacement Of Central Heating And Hot Water Installations, Installation Of Underfloor Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning Installations, Modifications Of Water Installations. - Sewers, Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities, Drainage.
