1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Ordering Party With Permanent, 24-Hour Security Services For Persons And Property Belonging To The Regional Blood Donation And Blood Treatment Center In Bydgoszcz, Including Protection And Supervision Of The Built-Up Property Located At Ul. Fr. Markwarta 8 In Bydgoszcz Together With The Newly Constructed Building, During The Period Of 20 Months From April 1, 2026 To November 30, 2027. As Well As Protection And Supervision Of Persons And Property Located On The Property In Question, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1995, Consolidated Text) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis, As Well As In Accordance With The Internal Regulations Of The Ordering Party.2. Property Protection Should Be Understood As Activities Preventing Crimes And Offenses Against Property, As Well As Preventing Damage Due To The Above-Mentioned Causes And Damage Due To Failures, Fires And Disasters.3. Within The Scope Of The Order Execution, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Employ Persons Directly Performing Security Activities Under An Employment Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp5 Act.
