Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Defined Avionic System Servomechanisms For The Construction Of A Technology Demonstrator On A 1:1 Scale As Part Of The Project Entitled Unmanned Surface And Air Platform Using Near-Surface Effect Supporting The Activities Of Special Forces In Maritime Areas Financed By Ncbir For The Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering And Shipbuilding Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. As Part Of The Basic Order: 6 Pieces Of Servomechanisms (The Delivery Will Be Made Once). As An Option: 2 Pieces (Successively). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party And Its Insurance Until It Is Collected By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations; B) The Subject Of The Contract Meets The Technical Parameters And Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; C) The Subject Of The Contract Delivered To The Ordering Party Is Brand New, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Ready For Use, Without The Need To Make Additional Purchases And Is Not Subject To Any Third-Party Rights; D) The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee Of Min. 12 Months. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To This Swz4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 31 Section 2 In Connection With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 1, Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option Right. Depending On The Needs, The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right When Necessary, However, When Exercising The Option Right, It Should Be Taken Into Account That: A) The Order Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) Includes 2 Additional Servomechanisms, Subject To The Reservation Referred To In Letters B, B) The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Executing The Order Under The So-Called Option Right. An Optional Order As An Additional Order, C) Orders Under The Option Right Will Be Implemented Successively, After The Basic Order, For The Duration Of The Contract, I.E. Orders Under The Option Right Will Be Performed On The Same Terms As The Basic Order, D) The Order Under The Option Right Will Be Identical To The Description Of The Subject Of The Basic Order, E) The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Intention To Exercise The Option Right In A Separate Letter. The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Exercise The Option Right Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. F) Failure By The Ordering Party To Complete Orders Under The Options Provided For Under The Law Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor
