1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Unsorted Basalt With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm With Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Zielona Góra District In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 3 To Swz).2. The Total Quantity Of Unsorted Basalt Ordered Is: Up To 1,836 Tons.3. The Aggregate Must Meet The Conditions Of The Pn-En 13242 Standard - Aggregates For Bitumen Mixtures And Surface Treatments Used On Roads, Airports And Other Surfaces Intended For Traffic, Or An Equivalent Standard.4. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains References To Standards, It Is Allowed To Have Equivalent Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Offered Aggregate Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Minimum Requirements.5. By The Concept Of Equivalence, The Ordering Party Understands That The Aggregates Meet The Requirements Listed In The Above-Mentioned. Standard In Terms Of: Grain Size, Grain Size, Dust Content, Dust Quality, Sand Index, Grain Fraction Density, Water Absorption, Frost Resistance, Shape Index, Flatness Index, Sun Blight, Resistance To Crushing, Resistance To Aggregate Abrasion, Sulfur Content, Sulphates, Organic Contaminants. 6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, A Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Aggregates He Offers Meet The Requirements Of The Above-Mentioned Standard. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To Each Delivery A Document Confirming The Amount Of Aggregate Collected From The Mine + The Suppliers Wz And A Certificate From An Independent Entity Authorized To Control Quality Confirming That The Delivered Products Comply With Specific Standards Or Technical Specifications (E.G. A Statement About Marking The Material With The Ce Mark Along With A Declaration Of Conformity Or Marking With The B Construction Mark And A Declaration Of Compliance With The Polish Product Standard Or Technical Approval For The Product, Or Tests Confirming That The Material Can Be Introduced Into Turnover) Or Equivalent Documents In This Regard.8.
