Development Of Simplified Forest Management Plans For Forests Not Owned By The State Treasury, Owned By Natural Persons And Land Communities In The Municipality Of Zakopane And The Commune Of Kościelisko, With An Area Of ​​Approximately 1,590 Ha. The Actual Scope Of Work Performed Will Be Determined On The Basis Of A Collective List Of Areas Covered By The Subject Of The Order Prepared By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Prepare An Application In Accordance With The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended) To The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Krakow And The Małopolska State Provincial Sanitary Inspector In Krakow To Agree On Waiving The Implementation Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Pursuant To Art. 48 Of The Above-Mentioned Act.
