The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Investment Project Titled: Development Of The Sutiejsk Grodzisk Area In Sąsiadka. The Stronghold Structure Is Under Conservation Protection And Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Number: C/85. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of Wooden Stairs And Bridges Leading Along The Embankments Of The Sutiejsk Stronghold In Sąsiadka And Small Architecture. The Project Covers Two Areas On Plots No. 2885 And 2878. The Task Includes Ongoing Maintenance/Repair Of The Existing Gazebo. A Desktop Board With Necessary Information, Including Disabled People, Will Be Placed Next To The Paved Square. Stairs Will Be Built Within The Stronghold, Enabling Safe Entry To The Stronghold, As Well As Communication/Pedestrian Routes In The Form Of Wooden Bridges With Wooden Balustrades. Additionally, There Is An Observation Deck On The Grounds Of The Maidan. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Specificity Of The Works Covered By The Procedure In Question, It Is Recommended To Conduct An On-Site Visit In Order To Become Acquainted With The Actual Conditions Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract And Take Them Into Account In The Valuation Of The Works. The On-Site Visit Will Take Place After Prior Telephone Arrangement With The Ordering Party, But No Later Than 5 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.
