Type Of Order: Delivery. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2026.43, Consolidated Text), For Electricity Consumption Points Located In The Brzeg Dolny Commune. The Estimated Electricity Demand For The Facilities, A Detailed List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In The Period From June 1, 2026 To May 31, 2027 Is 510,620 Kwh. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Verify The Electricity Consumption Over The Last 12 Months So That The Forecast Consumption Reflects As Closely As Possible The Actual Demand For Electricity During The Contractual Period, But Emphasizes That The Projected Amounts Of Energy Consumption Are Estimates Used Only For Comparing Offers And Do Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Use Them During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Energy Supply Will Be Settled On The Basis Of Actual Energy Consumption According To The Prices Resulting From The Submitted Offer. The Ordering Party Informs That: The Procedure Of Changing The Supplier For Almost All Mentioned Ppe Will Be Carried Out Once Again; (For The Rynek 5A, Brzeg Dolny Facility, The Change Of Supplier Will Be Carried Out For The First Time) The Data Required By The Dso To Change The Supplier Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And If It Is Required To Send Other Data, They Will Be Sent In An Editable Version To The E-Mail Address Indicated By The Contractor; Consents To Concluding The Contract By Correspondence And Electronically; Provides For Granting The Contractor A Power Of Attorney (Its Template Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Contract) To Submit The Concluded Energy Sales Contract On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Electricity To The Dso And Perform All Activities Necessary To Carry Out The Process Of Changing The Supplier At The Dso, Including Connecting Any New Ppe. Note: A Pv Installation Is Installed On One Facility (Water Treatment Station - Godędzicin 204/20, 56-120 Brzeg Dolny - Ppe Number: 590322415200598274). All Electricity Produced In The Installation Is Used For Own Needs.
