The Lowest Price Is Used As The Basis For Selection In The Comparison Of Offers, Because The Essential Aspects Affecting The Quality Have Been Comprehensively Taken Into Account In The Definition Of The Procurement Object And In The Minimum Procurement Requirements. The Construction Work On The Church Repair Is Supposed To Start In The Early Spring Of 2027, And The Total Duration Of The Repair Project Is Estimated To Be Around 12–14 Months. The Target Is The Vuosaari Church, Which Was Completed In 1980 And Is Owned By The Helsinki Parish Association. The Church Was Once Designed By The Architects Pirkko And Arvi Ilonen. The Facades Of The Diverse Buildings Are Made Of Clean Red Brick, The Slanted Slanted Roofs Are Made Of Copper, And The Flat Roofs With Internal Drainage Are Made Of Bituminous Cream.
