The University Of Calgary Intends To Engage A Contractor Under A Ccdc5b Contract To Perform Replacement Of Electrical Equipment In The Science B Building. Scope Includes The Replacement Of:• 2 X Bus Duct (208Y/120V, 1000A),• Noted Electrical Panels In The Building (102 Qty.)• 75Kva Transformers Tx-Ipz (600-480Y/277V Located In Room 212V),• 75Kva Transformer Tx-2B (208V-208Y/120V, Located In Room 042V) And• 45Kva Transformer Tx-530 (600 - 208Y/120V, Located In Room 512V).Contractor’S Scope Will Include The Demolition Of Existing Equipment And Supply And Installation Of The Replacement Of The Electrical Equipment. Contractor Will Work With The Project Team To Participate In Detailed Planning And Scheduling Of The Scope Of Work To Minimize Outage Impacts To Building Occupants And Will Be Responsible For Engaging Uofc’S Selected Asbestos Abatement Contractor To Complete Abatement Scopes Where Required.
