The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 8 (Eight) Separate Items As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Milk And Milk Products; Separate Heading No. 2: Meat, Meat Products And Fish; Separate Heading No. 3: Ready-To-Eat Foods In Canned, Frozen Or Dried Form; Separate Item No. 4: Other Food Products; Heading No. 5: Eggs, Oils And Fats; Specific Heading No. 6: Cereals And Pulses; Separate Heading No. 7: Fruits, Vegetables, Potatoes And Root Crops; Specific Heading No. 8: Bread And Bakery Products. Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Childrens Institutions, The School Chair And Home Social Patronage On The Territory Of The Bratya Daskalovi Municipality By Specific Positions With The Aim Of: Provision Of Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food To The Users Of Childrens Facilities On The Territory Of Bratya Daskalovi Municipality, Orizovo Village School Chair And Bratya Daskalovi Village Social Patronage; The Type And Quantity Of Food Products Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimates, Calculated On The Basis Of Consumption For The Last Twelve Months. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Supply Of Food Products, According To The Emerging Needs Of The Relevant Municipal Structures. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Amount Of Food Products By Type And/Or Number, Without Any Adverse Consequences For Him. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
