The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Replacement Of Machinery And Equipment For Systems For Providing Heating And Systems For Domestic Hot Water, Including Repair And Restoration Of The Functionality Of The Systems Under Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 Delivery, Installation And Dismantling Of The Components Of A System For Providing Domestic Hot Water In The Military Dormitory Sredets, Located At The Administrative Address Of The City Of Sofia, St. Montevideo No. 21 And Separate Position No. 2 Purchase And Installation Of A Boiler For The Needs Of The Military Club-Veliko Tarnovo. The Technical Requirements And Characteristics Of The Components Of The System For Providing Domestic Hot Water, The Requirements For Deliveries Under Separate Item No. 1 Of The Order And Accompanying Services Are Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 To The Procurement Documentation. The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Enables The Contracting Authority To Award Individual Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 Without Vat For Supplies And Services And Bgn 1,000,000 Without Vat For Construction And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Positions Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Eur 36,344.33 Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 2: Purchase And Installation Of A Boiler For The Needs Of The Military Club-Veliko Tarnovo Is 1065.19 Euros Without Vat. The Subject Of Separate Item No. 2 Of The Order Covers Delivery And Installation Of A Boiler For The Needs Of The Military Club-Veliko Tarnovo. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 2 Of The Order Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Will Assign Specific Item No. 2 Of The Order In The Order Valid For Its Individual Estimated Value, Namely Through Direct Awarding Pursuant To Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. No Bids Should Be Submitted For Specific Item #2 On This Announcement.
