The Technical Requirements And Characteristics Of The Components Of The System For Providing Domestic Hot Water, The Requirements For Deliveries Under Separate Item No. 1 Of The Order And Accompanying Services Are Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 To The Procurement Documentation. ​ The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Enables The Contracting Authority To Award Individual Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 Without Vat For Supplies And Services And Bgn 1,000,000 Without Vat For Construction And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Positions Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
