The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of A Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Territorial Planning Act And Related By-Laws, As Well As The Fulfillment Of The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Namely: 1) Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Prepared Investment Project, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut; 2) Implementation Of Construction Supervision, According To Art. 168 Of The Zut; 3) Quality Control Of The Construction Materials And Products Delivered And Invested In The Constructions; 4) Exercise Control Of The Quantity And Quality Of The Construction And Installation Works; 5) Monitoring And Documenting All Circumstances Related To Construction.
