Tenders are invited for Provision of Fiscal Agent Services for MCACôte dIvoire Regional under the MCC Compact. Fiscal Agent Services The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Cote dIvoire (the Government) signed on September 16, 2025, a grant agreement (the Compact) of Three Hundred Million, United States Dollars (US $ 300,000,000) (MCC Funding), as well as a contribution of Twenty-Two Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$22,500,000) from the Government. The Compact seeks to strengthen Côte dIvoires energy sector by modernizing both their grid and the regional market. The Government, acting through the Comite de Formulation du Programme Compact Regional (CFPCR-MCC) or the Compact Development Team (CDT) (the Accountable Entity), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Offer(RFO) is issued.
