Care Service For Homeless Young People Of The Gironès -Salt Social Welfare Consortium. 2026-2028.It Is An Individualized Support Service For Young People Between 18 And 25 Years Old In A Situation Of Homelessness And With Social Vulnerability In The Municipalities Of The Gironès Region Except Girona City. The Service Offers Social Support, Support For Basic And Housing Needs And A Stable Frame Of Reference To Help Build An Autonomous And Self-Sufficient Life Project For The People Served, Addressing The Your Needs From A Social And Educational Aspect. It Is A Service In Which Networking And Multidisciplinary Work Is Fundamental To Meeting Basic Needs, Overcoming Conflictual Situations And Avoiding The Chronicling Of Vulnerability And In Some Cases Of Physical And Mental Health Deterioration. It Is Also Expected To Be Supplemented With Some Aid For Basic Needs And Housing.
