In This Context, The Parliamentary Services Operate A Website (“Parl.Ch”) On Which Comprehensive Information On Parliamentary Operations Is Publicly Available. The Procurement Item For Which A Service Provider Is Being Sought Essentially Consists Of Replacing The Previous Parliamentary Services Website, Including The Content Management System, By The End Of 2027. This Includes, In Particular, The Configuration And Integration Of The Cms And The Connection Of The Required Peripheral Systems And Web Services, The Implementation Of A Front End Based On It, Including Its Redesign With A Focus On Accessibility And Mobile-Friendliness. From The Time The New Website Goes Live, Support And Maintenance For The New Solution, Which Is Constantly Being Developed, Must Be Guaranteed For Four To A Maximum Of Ten Years. While The Cms Will Be Operated In The Parliamentary Services Data Center, A Public Cloud Is Planned To Operate The Front End.
