Hand-Held Electromechanical Tools – Tools And Hardware Supply. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Supply And Delivery Of Tools (Hand, Electric, Portable) And Hardware. The Framework Agreement Is Processed At Revisable Unit Prices. These Supplies Are The Subject Of A Single Batch. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Between May 1, 2026 And April 30, 2027. In The Event That Notification Cannot Take Place On The Date Of May 1, 2026, The Effectiveness Of The Framework Agreement Would Then Be Fixed On The Date Of Notification Thereof To The Holder. The Framework Agreement Is Tacitly Renewed Annually A Maximum Of 3 Times Per Period Of 1 Year(S) (In The Event Of Renewal, The Holder Of The Framework Agreement Cannot Object) Unless Terminated 6 (Six) Months Before Expiry By Registered Mail With Acknowledgment Of Receipt. This Decision Of Non-Renewal Will Not Give Rise To Any Right To Compensation For The Holder.
