The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Fully Functional Set Of Devices Designed To Perform Three Functional Tasks Simultaneously: 1) High-Parameter Analysis Of Individual Cells; 2) Multi-Parameter Sorting Of Cells For Further Experimental Processing, Ensuring Protection Of The Environment For Sorting Blood Cells Based On Polychromatic Phenotyping; 3) Multiparameter Immunophenotypic Analysis For Diagnostic Use. The Assembly Will Be Used To Solve A Wide Range Of Innovative, Research Tasks, Solved In International Research Consortia, With Translation Into New Standardized Diagnostic Methods (Including Laboratory-Produced Tests According To Article 5 (5) Of The Eu Council Regulation 2017/746), And To Develop New Methods For Detecting The Properties Of Tumor Cells, And Will Also Be Able To Describe The Microenvironment Of Liquid Tissues Of Patients For The Needs Of The Research Tasks Of The Scientific And Diagnostic Oncology Center Of The Fn Motol. The Offered Devices Must Meet The Technical Requirements For The Subject Of Performance Established By The Contracting Authority, To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Purchase Contract – Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance. The Scope Of Delivery Also Includes Post-Warranty Service Of Devices. The Contractual Relationship Between The Client And The Supplier Will Be Governed By The Contract For The Provision Of Service Services, Which Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier After Proving That All Conditions Required By The Client Have Been Fulfilled.
