The Contracting Authority ́S Experience Suggests That Each Assignment That Is Solved With Sparring And/Or Error Recovery Can Start Within A Sub-Area Of A Service Category, In Order To Develop Into A Need For Competence From Other Sub-Areas Or Service Categories.
