Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Equipment Of The Scientific And Diagnostic Oncology Center – Faculty Hospital In Motola, Prague – Systems For Whole-Transcriptome Sequencing. The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Fully Functional Set Of Devices For Whole-Genome, Whole-Transcriptome And Amplicon Sequencing Of Suspension Cell Samples And Sections Of Solid Tissues From The Level Of One Cell Upwards. This System Will Be Designed To Perform High-Precision Sequencing Of Nucleic Acids, And To Perform Advanced Transcriptomic Analyzes At The Level Of Individual Cells Directly From Tissue Sections. The Set-Up Will Be Used To Solve A Wide Range Of Innovative Research Tasks, Solved In International Research Consortia, With Translation Into New Standardized Diagnostic Methods (According To Article 5 (5) Of The Eu Council Regulation 2017/746), Monitoring The Minimization Of Residual Disease In Acute Leukemia, Including The Analysis Of Genetic Changes In Tumor Cells, The Identification Of Mutations Associated With Disease Progression With High Accuracy And A Detailed Description Of The Genomic Characteristics Of Tumor And Immune Cells Of Patients For The Needs Of The Scientific And Diagnostic Oncology Center Of The Fn Motol. The Offered Devices Must Meet The Technical Requirements For The Subject Of Performance Established By The Contracting Authority, To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Purchase Contract – Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance. The Scope Of Delivery Also Includes Post-Warranty Service Of Devices. The Contractual Relationship Between The Client And The Supplier Will Be Governed By The Contract For The Provision Of Service Services, Which Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier After Proving That All Conditions Required By The Client Have Been Fulfilled.
