Hotel, Restaurant And Retail Trade Services – Provision Of Lunch Arrangements For Daycare Centers In Sønderborg Municipality. Sønderborg Municipality (Hereafter Referred To As The Client) Wishes To Carry Out A Tender For A Lunch Scheme For Daycare Centers In Sønderborg Municipality. The Tendering Process Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of A Lunch Scheme To The Daycare Centers In Sønderborg Municipality, Where A Lunch Scheme Has Been Chosen By Parental Vote. There Are Currently 38 Daycare Centers In Sønderborg Municipality, All Of Which Are Integrated Institutions With Both A Nursery And A Kindergarten, With Separate Voting For The Nursery And Kindergarten. The Vote Takes Place Every Two Years And Takes Place Prior To The Conclusion Of This Framework Agreement In May/June 2026. Pursuant To The Day Care Act § 16A, All Children In Municipal Day Care Institutions Must Be Offered A Healthy Lunch Every Weekday. The Lunch Scheme Offered Must Therefore Consist Of A Healthy And Nutritious Meal That Caters For Childrens Health And Well-Being. Requirements For The Content Of The Scheme Appear In Framework Agreement Annex 1 – Specification Of Requirements.
