Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation Works including Furnishing for Health Clinics in Jenin and Tulkarem § Eligible contractor should be registered at the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide Zero VAT to Action Against Hunger with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificates. § Registered suppliers with ACF may obtain the bid documents by sending an email to [email protected], starting from Wednesday, 11th February 2026 at 11:00 am (local time in the Palestinian Territory). § Unregistered suppliers are required to complete the Supplier Registration Form (attached) and submit all required documentation in order to receive the bid dossier. All correspondence should be sent by email to [email protected]. § The last day to distribute bid documents is on Tuesday 24th February 2026, at 12:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory). § A clarification meeting and site visit attendance will be considered one of the scoring criteria in the technical evaluation of the bid, to answer any question on the bid dossier and it will be conducted over two separate days as detailed in the bid documents. § Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Thursday 26th February 2026 at 12:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory).
