Computer Archiving Services – 027/2026/16453 Management, Digitization And Custody Service For The Active And Passive Archive Of Medical Records Of The Zamora Care Complex. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out The Management, Digitization And Custody Of The Physical Archive Of Medical Records Of The Zamora Care Complex, With The Aim Of Guaranteeing Quality Health Care. Decree 101/2005 Of December 22, Which Regulates Clinical History Within The Autonomous Community Of Castilla Y León (Bocyl Of December 28, 2005), In Its Chapter Iv Establishes The Responsibility Of The Centers Management To Adopt Technical And Organizational Measures For The Management, Custody And Conservation Of Clinical History. The Physical Archive Of Medical Records Of The Zamora Care Complex (Caza) Is Located In The Offices Of Several Centers: Virgen De La Concha Hospital, Benavente Hospital, Benavente Specialty Center And Zamora Provincial Hospital. The Constant Increase In Clinical Documentation Makes Its Storage Difficult, Making It Not Possible To Expand Spaces For Its Location. The Structure Of Caza, Organized In Three Hospital Centers, Requires The Transport Of Physical Histories From The Central Archive To The Centers Where Care Is Provided, A Fact That Makes Access To The Information Contained In The Paper Histories Difficult And Generates A Constant Movement Of Them. The Process Of Digital Transformation And Use Of Technologies Entails A Change In The Usual Processes Of Management And Consultation Of Clinical Documentation, And Tends To Reduce The Generation Of Clinical Documentation In Paper Format And Increase The Use Of Institutional Electronic Medical Records. The Digitization Of The Medical Record In Paper Format Is A Decisive Step For The Extension Of The Use Of The Electronic Medical Record And A Solution To The Problem Of Lack Of Physical Space For Its Storage.
