The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Partial Renovations Of District Roads With Asphalt Emulsion And Grit In The Following Proportion: Quantity Unit: 1 Tonne Of Emulsion/Grit Mixture. Emulsion Consumption In The Amount Of 10% In Relation To The Grit (By Weight). The Estimated Scope Of Works Is 500 Tons Of The Incorporated Mixture. The Scope Of Works Specified In The Offer Form Is The Maximum Scope. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Works By 30% Of The Maximum Scope. Pursuant To Art. 441 Pzp, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform A Smaller Number Of Partial Renovations In The Event Of Fewer Defects In The Road Surface After The Winter Period, Caused By A Milder Winter. The Works Should Be Performed Using Special Machines (Renovators), Which Throw A Mixture Of Gravel And Asphalt Emulsion Under Pressure Directly Into The Repaired Place (Defect, Pothole Or Broken Edges Of The Surface) In Accordance With The Detailed Technical Specification Of The Workmanship And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 2 To The Tender Documents.
