1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution, Based On The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of Lighting, Pedestrian Paths And A Bicycle Path In Szymański Park, Located In The So-Called Łąki From The Side Of The Artificial River, Using The Existing Power Infrastructure (Existing Power Line, Laid In The Ground). 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Execution, On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Of Design Documentation And Obtaining The Legally Required Arrangements/Decisions/Permits, B) Execution Of Construction Works, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Approved By The Ordering Party, C) Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, Performed In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) With Annexes, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.4) Information On The Division/Non-Division Of The Contract Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Related To Construction Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations And External Lighting Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Part Of The Order.5) Pursuant To § 3 Section 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For The Conducted Business With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 300,000.00 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100) For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. 6) The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 262,000.00 To Finance The Awarded Order. 7) Guarantee. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including Built-In Materials And Devices, For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order To 60 Months.
