The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovations And Modernization Of The Stormwater Sewage Network, Ditches And Streams That Discharge Rainwater, And Stormwater Drainage Devices Draining Municipal And Provincial Roads In The City Of Świdnica, In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026.2. The Task Is Performed By The Świdnica Commune From The Commune Budget.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Based On The Tender Documentation, I.E. Documentation Prepared And Made Available To The Contractors By The Ordering Party For The Purposes Of Conducting This Tender Procedure, Including In Particular The Swz Together With Its Annexes And Any Changes And Additional Arrangements Arising During The Tender Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, Detailed In All Letters Sent And Posted On The Ordering Partys Website.4. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize Security Of The Area During The Performance Of Services Or Renovation Works (Replacement Markings, Facilities, Energy And Water Consumption, Supervision, Etc.), 2) Construction Site Surveying Services, In Particular Performing An Outdoor Inventory And Preparing As-Built Surveying Documentation For The Works Carried Out As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Original Of Which Should Be Submitted To The District Office Of Geodesy And Cadastre In Świdnica, And A Copy To The Ordering Party, 3) Ongoing Removal Of Soil And Unusable Materials From The Construction Site To A Waste Landfill And Their Disposal In Accordance With The Regulations, If Necessary (Up To 10 Km), 4) Keeping Public Roads Clean On Which Construction Vehicles And Materials Transporting Traffic Will Take Place, Conducting An Inventory And Review Of The Ground Condition Of Roads Intended For Transport, And Determining With The Appropriate Managers How To Use The Agreed Roads. In The Event Of Any Claims For Compensation By Administrators And Managers For The Destruction Of Roads And Streets By Construction Transport, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Them At His Own Expense, Which Will Not Be Subject To Separate Payment And Is Included In The Contract Price, 5) Carry Out An Inventory And Inspection Of Real Estate In The Vicinity Of The Works Performed.
