The Scope Of Works Will Include: 1/ Reconstruction Of The Road With An Asphalt Concrete Surface And A Width From 2.75 M To Max. 3.82 M, 2/ Reconstruction Of Road Slopes, Embankments/Excavations Formed From Native Soil With A Slope Of 1:1.5 With Local Reinforcement With Openwork Slabs, 3/ Reconstruction Of Exits, 4/ Construction Of Road Technical Equipment For Drainage. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Prepared By Mr. Krystian Wegrzyn, Running A Business Under The Name Kw Projekt With Its Registered Office At Ul. Kowaniec 40, 34-400 Nowy Targ 4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With The Price Components Given In The Offer For This Procedure, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount. The Final Settlement Will Be Based On A Cost Estimate After The Order Is Completed, With The Price Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of A Given Operation And Necessary For Its Implementation. 2/ The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Sst And In Compliance With The Conditions Resulting From The Technical Standards For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 3/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And Its Surroundings, 4/ All Necessary Materials With Certificates Quality Declarations Or Declarations Of Conformity Confirming Use In Construction Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring The Related Costs), 5/ The Contractor Will Design And Approve The Change In Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Will Make And Install Appropriate Marking, 6/ The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Improper Performance Of The Works Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Work Site, 7/ The Contractor Will Provide Full Surveying Services For The Investment Along With Obtaining A Survey Report Post-Construction,8/ The Contractor Will Bear All Necessary Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Construction Works In Question, Including, Among Others: Costs Of Necessary Tests And Checks, Costs Of Supplying The Necessary Utilities, Etc.
