Tenders Are Invited For Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Lelkowo Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Located In The Lelkowo Commune, In A Manner Consistent With: 1) The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733); 2) The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587);3) Local Law Acts In Force In The Lelkowo Commune;4) Applicable Environmental Protection Regulations.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste 2) Collection Of Separately Collected Waste, Including At Least: A) Paper And Cardboard: Codes 20 01 01, 15 01 01. B) Glass And Glass Packaging: Codes 20 01 02, 15 01 07. C) Metals, Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging: Codes 20 01 40, 15 01 04, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 17 02 03, 20 01 39.D) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste: Code 20 03 01.E) Furniture And Bulky Waste: Code 20 03 07.F) Waste Electrical And Electrical Equipment Electronic: Codes 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36*.G) Textiles And Clothing: Codes 20 01 10, 20 01 11.3) Transport Of Collected Waste To An Installation Authorized To Process It, 4) Waste Management In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of The Required Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Limitation Of Landfilling Waste.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Provide The Service In Accordance With The Waste Collection Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party; 2) Equip The Property With Waste Collection Bags; 3) Keeping Waste Records And Reporting, Including In The Bdo System;4) Transferring Waste Only To Installations That Have The Required Administrative Decisions.4. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For: 1) Proper Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste, 2) Compliance With Collection Deadlines, 3) Damage Caused During The Provision Of The Service.5. The Order Also Includes: 1) Handling Complaints Submitted By Residents, 2) Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Field Of Information Activities Regarding Proper Waste Segregation (If The Ordering Party Requests It). 3) Before The First Acceptance, The Contractor Will Provide The Property Owners With A Leaflet (Printed And Designed By Itself After Consultation With The Ordering Party) On The Segregation Carried Out. The Leaflet Should Contain Full Details Of The Contractor And Information On Proper Waste Segregation.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: 1) Estimated Amounts Of Waste, 2) Characteristics Of The Lelkowo Commune, 3) Frequency Of Collection Of Individual Fractions, 4) List Of Properties Covered By The System Is Set Out In Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Procedure Documentation.
