The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Design Documentation (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz), C) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz), D) Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz), Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation.1.3. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Any Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.1.4.
