5.1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Disposable Models For Practicing Laparoscopic Procedures For The Project Entitled: Modern Standards Of Training For Specialist Doctors In Selected Surgical Specializations With Particular Use Of Innovative It Solutions Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program.5.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract. 5.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Endoscopic Simulation Center Located At Cmkp In Warsaw, At Ul. Marymoncka 99/103.5.5. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee For The Offered Subject Of The Order Of At Least 6 Months On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract. 5.6 If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicates Any Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products - It Should Be Assumed That In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Contract Due To The Inability To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way. If The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In The Manner Indicated In The Previous Sentence, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Always Indicates The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence.5.7. If References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Which Means That It Should Be Assumed That Such References Are Always Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 5.8. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With These Requirements, The Contractor May, In Particular, Present The Manufacturers Specification Confirming The Parameters Of The Offered Product In Polish Or English - Printouts From The Manufacturers Website Are Allowed.
