The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project: Competences And Skills As A Guide To Success In The Future Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+), Priority 5 European Funds For A Socially Strong Pomerania (Esf+), Measure 5.8. General And Vocational Education Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program (Fep 2021-2027)4. The Aid Will Be Delivered To Schools For Which The Pelplin Commune Is The Managing Body, I.E.: 1) Education And Upbringing Complex No. 1 Named After Jana Pawła Ii In Pelplin, Ul. Sambora 5A, 83-130 Pelplin2) Primary School No. 2 Bishop Konstantyn Dominik In Pelplin, Ul. Kościuszki 12A, 83-130 Pelplin3) Education And Upbringing Complex. Henryk Sienkiewicza In Rudno, Ul. Szkolna 4, 83-130 Pelplin4) Education And Upbringing Complex In Rajkowy, Ul. Jesionowa 6, 83-130 Pelplin5) Primary School In Małe Walichnowy, Małe Walichnowy 1, 83-122 Małe Walichnowy5. The Prices Offered By The Contractor For Selected Items Cannot Be Higher Than Those Specified In The Tariff Of Goods And Services, Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Failure To Meet The Above Condition Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.6. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: 1) Delivery Of Teaching Aids To Educational Institutions, 2) Assembly (If Applicable), 3) Installation And Commissioning, 4) Provision Of Service During The Warranty Period For Equipment That Requires Servicing.7. All Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Fully Technically Functional, Free From Defects, Not Refurbished, Not For Exhibition And Ready For Use Without Any Additional Investments By The Ordering Party And Approved For Use In Educational Institutions. The Equipment And Facilities Offered Must Meet The Safety Requirements Resulting From The Regulations In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In This Respect And Must - If Applicable - Have The Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Permits, Quality Certificates Required By Polish Law And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out In Applicable Law And The Necessary Instructions In Polish.8. The Contractor Will Unpack And Check The Delivered Products Using His Own Resources. All Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order (E.G. Moving, Folding, Cleaning, Etc.) Will Be Performed By The Contractor Using Its Own Employees. The Delivered Products Must Not Have Defects, Mechanical Damage, Scratches Or Other Defects That Impair Their Quality. An Item With A Defect Should Be Replaced With Another One Without Defects.
