Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment Related To The Implementation Of The Project Under The Cybersecure Local Government In The Karkonosze County Grant

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Network Server Infrastructure Intended For The District Office In Jelenia Góra And Licenses For The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Jelenia Góra - Along With Its Preparation, Configuration And Integration With Previously Used Solutions And Migration Of Data From The Indicated Servers And Media In Order To Obtain The Functionalities Required By The Ordering Party. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Three Scopes: 1) Supply Of Server Infrastructure, Arrays And Nas Arrays For The District Office In Jelenia Góra; 2) Delivery Of Server Infrastructure At The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Jelenia Góra; 3) Implementation Of A Backup Solution For The District Office In Jelenia Góra. 3. As Part Of The Task Involving The Purchase And Delivery Of Server Infrastructure, Arrays And Nas Arrays For The District Office In Jelenia Góra, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) A Server Cluster (Min. 2 Physical Servers), In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Specification Of The Procurement Terms (Hereinafter Referred To As: Swz), Intended To Be Used As A Virtualization Base For Creating Virtual Servers Used By The District Office In Jelenia Góra - Without Any Limit On The Number Virtual Server Licenses; 2) A Disk Array With A Total Capacity Of Not Less Than 84 Tb, Intended To Be Used As A Memory Resource For Use By The District Office In Jelenia Góra; 3) Nas Array With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 24 Tb, Intended For Storing Data From Backup Copies Of The District Office In Jelenia Góra; 4) Two Physical Network Switches Connected Into One Logical, Manageable Network Device, Intended For Managing And Aggregating Network Traffic Of The Infrastructure Of The District Office In Jelenia Góra; 5) Related System And Access Licenses. 4. As Part Of The Task Involving The Purchase And Delivery Of Server Infrastructure At The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation, The Contractor Will Provide Access Licenses. 5. As Part Of The Task Involving The Implementation Of A Backup Solution For The District Office In Jelenia Góra, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Software Licenses For Making Backup Copies; 2) Preparation And Implementation Of A Backup System. 6. The Order Received Funding From The European Union As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Competition Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23, Implemented Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services. Action 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Minimum Requirements Regarding Technical Parameters, Implementation, Warranty And Service, As Well As Instructions For The Ordering Partys Employees, Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Or With Parameters
