1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Technical Documentation For The Construction Of A Street Connecting Ul. Lubelska From Ul. Legionów, Together With The Construction Of Parking Spaces On Plot No. 751, Located Within 7 Śródmieście In Lubartów. 2) The Design Documentation Is To Include: A) A Two-Way Road With A Length Of Approx. 80 M, Along With A Bicycle Path And Sidewalks, As Well As Parking Spaces On Both Sides Of The Road; B) Drainage Installation: Reconstruction Of The Main Canal In Plot 751 (Approx. 80 M) And Reconstruction Of Canals In Ul. Legionów (Approx. 30 M) On Plot No. 171, Precinct 7 And Ul. Lubelska (Approx. 20 M) On Plot No. 196/5, Section 7, And Construction Of A Separator At The Outlet Of The Rebuilt Storm Sewer To The Storm Ditch On Plot No. 3, Section 6; C) Sewerage Of The Telecommunications Installation; D) Construction Of Street Lighting Along The New Road; E) Development Of Green Areas (Including Planting Trees And Bushes) And Elements Of Small Architecture (E.G. Benches, Garbage Bins, Bicycle Racks);F) Demolition Of An Existing Building.3) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Developing A Map For Design Purposes; B) Conducting Geotechnical Tests Of The Subsoil; C) Developing A Concept For The Construction Of A Road With Accompanying Infrastructure And Agreeing It With The Ordering Party; D) Agreeing On The Concept With Lwkz; E) Obtaining Consents From Property Owners To Place Devices, If Necessary; F) Obtaining A Water Permit For Drainage Rainwater Along With The Development Of The Necessary Documents And Applications And Covering Their Costs; G) Obtaining Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Together With The Development Of The Necessary Applications And Annexes To The Above-Mentioned Documents And Covering Their Costs, Including Arrangements With Lwkz; H) Developing Technical Construction Documentation To The Extent Consistent With The Approved Concept In Individual Industries, Using The Zrid Procedure, I) Developing A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization And Agreeing It With The Relevant Authorities Authorities;J) Preparation Of The Application With Attachments And Obtaining The Final Decision On Permission To Implement The Road Investment Covered By The Subject Of The Order;K) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;L) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities;M) Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates;N) Preparation Of Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection;O) Authors Supervision Of The Works Covered By The Subject Order;P) Transfer Of Copyrights To The Ordering Party.
