The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery (Purchase + Transport + Delivery) Of A Sheet Metal Cutting Machine, In The Quantity Of 1 Piece, For The Needs Of The School Workshop Of The State Construction Schools - School Complex In Bytom, Ul. Powstańców Śląskich 10, As Described In The Draft Contractual Provisions. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 24-Month Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Tender Evaluation Criteria3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Procedure Into Parts Because Its Subject Matter Is Limited To The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of Cutting Machine.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform A Key Part Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For Proper Performance Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
