Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of B-0 Diesel Fuel

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of B-0 Diesel Oil 1/ The Order Covers The Supply Of B-0 Diesel Oil Without The Addition Of Biocomponents To A 5,000 L Tank Located In Horyniec-Zdrój At Ul. Sobieskiego 9B.A) The Estimated Quantity Of Diesel Oil Is 40,000 Liters. B) The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Parameters Consistent With The Quality Characteristics Required By The Polish Standard On/Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06/Ap2:2018-09, I.E. Be Intended For Use In Compression-Ignition (Diesel) Car Engines. C) The Oil Must Be An Original Product, I.E. It Should Be Produced By The Manufacturer Who Is The Owner Of The Recipe And The Symbol, Name And Trademark Used To Mark It. D) If The Ordering Party Finds That The Poor Quality Of Diesel Fuel Was The Cause Of Failure Or Destruction Of Parts Or Devices Of The Vehicle - The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cover The Losses Incurred By The Ordering Party On This Account. In Such A Case, The Following Procedure Will Be Carried Out: The Ordering Party Will Collect Fuel Samples From The Vehicle Or Equipment For Testing In The Presence Of The Contractors Representative, Who Is Obliged To Immediately Appear At The Place Of Sampling After Prior Telephone Or Written Notification Of The Collection. The Collected Samples Will Be Secured In A Manner Agreed By The Parties (Sealed, Secured With Tape With The Parties Signatures And Stamps, Etc.), And Then Sent Or Transported To The Laboratory In A Manner Agreed By The Parties Within No More Than 3 Business Days From The Date Of Their Collection. If The Contractors Representative Does Not Appear At The Place Of Sampling, It Will Be Deemed That The Contractor Consents To The Collection Of Samples Without His Presence And Therefore Does Not Question The Correctness Of Their Collection And Does Not Question The Identity Of The Material Submitted For Testing With That Which Was Taken. If The Test Results Show That The Diesel Oil Does Not Meet The Requirements Specified By Law, The Costs Of Their Implementation Will Be Borne By The Contractor, Otherwise The Costs Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party. If It Is Found That Diesel Fuel Does Not Meet The Requirements Specified In The Law, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cover The Losses Incurred By The Ordering Party Due To Failure Or Destruction Of Parts Or Devices, For Which The Ordering Party Will Provide Appropriate Photocopies Of Accounting Evidence. In Order To Confirm That The Contractor Provides Fuel Of Appropriate Quality To The Ordering Partys Vehicles And Equipment, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Collect Samples Of Diesel Fuel At Any Time During The Duration Of The Contract In The Presence Of The Contractors Representative. E) Diesel Oil Must Be Characterized By The Following Physicochemical Parameters: A) Density At A Temperature Of 15°C (820.0:845), B) Flash Point Not Lower Than 55°C, C) Viscosity At A Temperature Of 40°C (2.000; 4,500) Mm2/S.2/ Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered Successively During The Contract Period.
