Tenders Are Invited For Current Maintenance Of Dirt Roads In The Pozezdrze Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Services Of Leveling And Profiling The Surfaces Of Gravel And Dirt Municipal Roads In The Pozezdrze Commune Over A Length Of Approximately 150 Km, Consisting In Leveling Dirt And Gravel Roads Using A Grader By Cutting The Roadsides And Profiling The Road, Leveling Potholes In The Road And Ensuring Drainage From The Sections Of Runoff For Rainwater To The Roadside. 2. The Required Delivery Of Material Includes: 1) Delivery Of Road Mixture In The Amount Of: 3,000 Tons - C50/30 With Fraction 0-31.5 (The Mixture Contains A Minimum Of 50% Crushed Stone And A Maximum Of 30% Completely Rounded Stone);2) Delivery Of Washed Sand 0.2: 120 Tons.3. The Amount Of Material Ordered Will Be In Accordance With The Order And The Amount Of Budget Allocated For The Task. The Unit Price Per Ton Should Include The Cost Of Material, Loading, Unloading And Transport To Individual Roads In The Pozezdrze Commune. The Appropriate Amount Of Material Will Be Delivered Within 3 Days From The Date Of Submission/Sending Of The Request By The Ordering Party, To The Indicated Place In The Pozezdrze Commune. The Material Should Be Spread On The Surface Of The Indicated Road Section And Profiled Using A Grader. In Some Cases, The Ordering Party Anticipates The Need To First Level The Road, Then Spread The Material And Re-Profile It. The Gravel Mix Supplied Must Be Of Good Quality. The Estimated Number Of Man-Hours Of Work With The Grader To Complete The Entire Task Is 350 Hours. The Employer Requires That The Mixture Be Cohesive And Have Self-Compacting Properties During Normal Road Use. It Should Meet The Quality Requirements Of A Road Mixture Intended For Road Renovation And Be Free From Clay And Clay Contamination. During Deliveries, In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Supplied Material, The Ordering Party May Order 1 Control Test Of The Material By A Specialized Unit At The Contractors Expense. This Cost Should Therefore Be Included In The Offer. If The Material Is Delivered In A Quantity Or Quality That Does Not Meet The Requirements, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept It And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver A New Batch Of Material Meeting The Requirements. If The New Batch Of Material Does Not Meet The Required Parameters, The Ordering Party May Immediately Terminate The Contract With The Contractor And Charge Him A Financial Penalty. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Payable On The Basis Of Unit Prices And Actually Delivered Tons Of Material After The Delivery Batch, For Which An Invoice Will Be Issued Together With Shipping Cards.4. Equipment Requirements: The Contractor Must Have Equipment Approved For Operation In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations Enabling The Execution Of The Order. 5. Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference.
