The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Functional, Unused, Not Exposed At Exhibitions And Fair Events, Undamaged And Free From Third Party Rights, Safe And Complete, I.E. With All Accessories Necessary For Their Use.4. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Equipment Is Packaged As Required To Prevent Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery.5. The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs.6. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Equipment Operation Manuals Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Will Provide Web Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded.7. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty In Accordance With The Opz Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And With The Contractors Offer.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods To The District Office In Łuków, Ul. Piłsudskiego 17, 21-400 Łuków, Room 201. At Your Own Expense On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party And Unload It And Place It In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery Will Take Place On Working Days At Hours Agreed Individually With The Ordering Party.9. The Contractor Undertakes To Remove, At His Own Expense, Any Damage Caused By The Contractor And Occurring During The Execution Of The Order.10. The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party For Defects In The Subject Of The Order That Reduce Its Value Or Usefulness, And In The Event Of Losses Resulting From This, The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Them.
