The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery By The Contractor Of Brand New Consumables For Computer Printers, Multifunction Devices, Copiers, Faxes And Plotters For The Needs Of The National Center For Agricultural Support, Field Branch In Olsztyn, Ul. Głowackiego 6 And The Offices Of The Branch Sections And The Archive With Their Location In The Field, In The Quantities And Assortment Included In The Price Form, Constituting Appendix No. 2 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. 3. Technical And Technological Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) Consumables Must Be Brand New, Delivered In Original, Undamaged Packaging Without Any Trace Of Interference Or Repackaging. The Manufacturers Name And Trademark Must Be Included On The Packaging.2) In The Case Of Consumables For Computer Printers, Multifunction Devices, Copiers, Faxes And Plotters, The Goods Must Be Brand New And Bear The Manufacturers Trademark. Brand New Goods In This Case Means: A Product Made Of New Elements (Including New Casing, New Drums, Brand New Tank Tightness Protections) Without Any Trace Of Damage, In The Manufacturers Original Packaging With A Visible Logo, Code Or Symbol Of The Product, Capacity, Model Of The Equipment For Which The Consumable Is Intended And Expiration Date, With All Toner/Ink Tank Tightness Protections. The Offered Consumable Must Be Fully Compatible With The Devices For Which It Was Intended (E.G. It Must Have An Original Electronic System (Chip) Installed By The Manufacturer, The Functionality Of Which Enables Full And Correct Cooperation With The Devices Control Software, E.G. Counts Printed Pages, Enables Control Of Print Quality, Informs About The Status Of Consumables In The Device). The Ordering Party Will Not Consider A Product That Has Been Previously Used, Modified, Merely Cleaned Before Refilling Or Made Using Used Components As Brand New Goods. The Consumable Material Offered To The Ordering Party Cannot Come From Materials That Have Previously Undergone Regeneration, Prefabrication, Refabrication, Refilling Or Replacement Of Any Elements, Produced From Start To Finish Without Previously Used Elements.3) In The Case Of Consumables For Computer Printers, Multifunction Devices, Copiers, Faxes And Plotters, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Products (Except For Items 9, 10, 11, 12, 103, 104, 105, 106, 113, 114, 115 And 116 Of The Price Form, For Which The Contractor Is Required To Offer Original Toners Due To The Warranty Conditions Regarding The Devices To Which The Above Items Apply), Which Means A Product Compatible With The Equipment For Which It Is Ordered, With The Same Or Better Parameters (Capacity And/Or Efficiency).
