That, The Hydrographic And Oceanographic Service Of The Navy, Hereinafter The (“S.H.O.A.”), Requires Contracting The Service Of Supplying Coffee And Supplies, For The Operations Room Of The National Tsunami Alarm System, Hereinafter (Snam), For The Period Of Twenty-Four (24) Months, Which Due To Its Legal Functions Corresponds To This Service In Its Capacity As The Official Body Of The State In These Matters, To Maintain And Operate Said Room. On A 24/7 Schedule, The Objective Is To Evaluate The Occurrence Of Tsunamigenic Events That Could Affect The National Territory, Under The Conditions And Requirements That Will Be Established In The Technical Bases.
