The Illustrious Municipality Of Licantén Calls For A Public Tender For The Contracting Of Four Institutional Communication And Dissemination Services, Distributed In Four Independent Application Lines, With The Aim Of Strengthening Municipal Communication, Ensuring The Timely Dissemination Of Institutional Information And Guaranteeing Permanent Information Coverage At The Communal And Provincial Level. The Services Will Be Continuous, Immediate And Operational, And Will Be Aimed At The Dissemination Of Municipal Activities, Programs, Information Campaigns, Official Notices And Coverage Of Relevant Events, Through Radio, Digital And Social Media Platforms. Each Application Line Will Be Awarded To A Single Supplier. The Same Bidder May Apply For One Or More Lines, However, Only 1 Line May Be Awarded, In Order To Safeguard Information Plurality And Media Diversity. The Application Lines Are Defined According To The Digital And Territorial Reach Of The Media, In Accordance With The Minimum Technical Requirements Established In These Bases.
