Tenders Are Invited For Current Maintenance Of Roads And Streets In The Rawicz Commune.

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Ongoing Repairs And Renovations Of Roads And Streets In The Rawicz Commune In 2026 And 2027.2. The Order Concerns Repairs And Renovations Of Road Surfaces, Sidewalks, Culverts And Others Owned Or Managed By The Rawicz Commune And Includes In Particular The Following Works: 1) Partial Renovations Of Roadways, Sidewalks, Etc., 2) Renovation Of Road Culverts And Bridges, 3) Ongoing Maintenance Of Bridges And Adjacent Areas, Roadsides, 4) Drainage Of Road Surfaces, 5) Painting And Repair Of Bus Shelters, 6) And Works Various Related To The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Was Determined By: 1) A Bill Of Quantities With A Zero Cost Estimate, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting An Integral Part Of These Terms Of Reference. Due To The Nature Of The Works, The Works Shown In The Bill Of Quantities Were Specified By The Ordering Party In Terms Of Areas And Lengths, Etc. Of The Approximate Size To Be Completed During The Execution Of The Order. The Detailed Scope Of The Works And Their Sections Will Be Determined Immediately Before They Begin, Or, If Necessary, Even While They Are In Progress. Works Carried Out On The Road (E.G. The Ordering Partys Control Rights Are Specified In Chapter Iii Of The Swz And The Draft Contract.5.
