The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution By The Contractor Of Construction Works For The Task: Construction Of A Viewing Area With A Pier And A Walking Path In Wapienne In The Design And Build System According To The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ffu).1) Scope Of Works To Be Performed In This Order: A) Construction Of A Niche In A Reinforced Concrete Structure With Dimensions Of Approx. 12.20 X 4.80 M, B) Construction Of A Footbridge Pedestrian - A Steel Structure Pier, Approx. 91.55 M Long, Approx. 4.95 M Wide, With A Viewing Area And A Staircase. Entrance To The Footbridge Directly From Ground Level. The Main Load-Bearing Element Of The Structure Will Be A Steel Platform Grid Supported By Circular Steel Columns. The Height Of The Poles Is Approx. 20 M In The Final Section Of The Bridge. C) Construction Of Hardened Pedestrian Paths And Paths With A Gravel Surface. Pedestrian Routes Adapted To The Movement Of People With Disabilities. The Width Of The Route Is Approx. 2 M. The Route Is Planned Partly In Place Of The Existing Pedestrian Route. Additionally, An Access Leading To The Staircase Is Planned - Width Approx. 2 M (Min. 1.5 M). Total Length Approx. 865 M.2) Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation In Accordance With The Fup, B) Obtaining The Approval Of The Project By The Ordering Party In Terms Of Compliance With The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, C) Obtaining The Following Regulations: Opinions, Consents, Arrangements, Decisions And Permits, Including A Building Permit Or Approval Of The Design Documentation By The Architectural And Construction Authority In Another Appropriate Form And Obtaining Other Necessary Decisions To Carry Out The Works And Complete The Task Investment.D) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor. E) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Including As-Built Cost Estimates, A Map Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory (The Map Should Be Marked With An Official Clause By The Geodetic And Cartographic Service Authority Or Contain A Declaration Of Obtaining A Positive Verification Result) And Other Documents Resulting From Applicable Standards And Regulations.1.2.
