1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Construction And Commissioning Of Newly Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes And Bicycle Roads Under The Subject Of The Order: Expansion Of The Municipal Road No. 470304 At Tęczowa Street In The Scope Of Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road And A Bicycle Road In Nowe Budy And Stare Budy Radziejowskie, Radziejowice Commune, Żyrardów County - Route R52. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The R5 Route, Obtaining A Final Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment, A Decision On A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, And The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles As Well As Bicycle Paths Along The Planned Bicycle Routes In The Road Lane Of Roads Located In The Radziejowice Commune Based On The Parameters Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Along With The Target Traffic Organization.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation Covering All Industries Included In The Investment In Question, Which Constitute The Complete Design Documentation Of The Construction Project In Question.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Requirements For The Design And Implementation Of The Works, Was Specified In The Swz, The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 5 To The Swz.
