The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Development Of A Multi-Discipline Conceptual, Construction And Executive Design For The Thermal Modernization Of Buildings A And B, - Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions To The Extent Specified In The Regulations, - If Necessary, Obtaining The Necessary Deviations From The Applicable Regulations, Including The Preparation Of The Necessary Expertise And Opinions, - Obtaining A Building Permit Or Submitting The Appropriate Notification, If Required By Applicable Regulations, - Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, - Preparation Industry Cost Estimates Together With Bills Of Quantities Of Works, - Preparation Of Information Regarding Health And Safety, - Ensuring Authors Supervision During Implementation, - Ensuring Management Of The Construction And/Or Works By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations To Perform These Activities, - Carrying Out Construction Works For The Approved Scope Of Construction Works, - Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Confirmation Of Acceptance Of The Notification Of Completion Of Works By The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, - Preparing An Energy Certificate For The Building After The Completion Of Construction Works.3. The Facility Will Be Used During Construction Works. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Work In Such A Way As Not To Pose A Threat To Users And Their Property.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer The Need To Perform All Works Provided For In The Functional And Utility Program, Energy Audit And Swz Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Order.6. Attention!! The Subject Order: 1) Building A Includes The Replacement Of The Entrance Door To The Yard, As Listed In The Ffu, But Does Not Apply To The Replacement Of The Door In The Main Entrance. 2) Building A And B Does Not Include The Replacement Of The Heat Source Common To Both Buildings, From A Coal Boiler To A Gas, Condensing Boiler With A Closed Combustion Chamber And The Necessary Equipment (Pump And Heat Energy Meter); The Location Of The Boiler Room Remains Unchanged, In Building B,3) Building A And B Does Not Include The Installation And Replacement Of Missing Radiator Valves With New Thermostatic Heads.4) Building A Includes The Construction Of Ramps Or Platforms Enabling Access To The Facilities For Disabled People From The Main And Side Entrances From The Market Square.5) Building B - On The Roof Of The Building There Is A Photovoltaic Installation, If Necessary, The Roof Insulation Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor Disassembly And Reassembly Of The
