The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion And Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads, Which Includes: A) Expansion Of The Municipal Road, Street: Dr. Jana Jaworskiego Under The Zrid Act, B) Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads In The Following Streets: Chłodna, Fabryczna, Leśna, Zdrowotna, Dębowa, Dąbrowskiego And Krótka In The Existing Road, C) Conducting Geodetic Divisions In Order To Obtain Land For The Construction Of A Road Under The Spec Act, Located At Ul. Dr. Jan Jaworskiego.D) Construction Of A One-Sided Sidewalk Made Of Paving Stones At Ul. Fabryczna And Dębowa On The Section From Ul. Partyzańskiego To Ul. Fabryczna.E) Construction Of Exits To Each Property From Paving Stones.F) Construction Of Roadsides Made Of Native Soil.G) Surface Drainage.H) Reconstruction Of The Medium Voltage Power Line In Ul. Chłodna.I) Relocation Of The Street Lighting Line To Ul. Dr. Jan Jaworskiego On The Section From Ul. Chłodna At A Distance Of Approx. 1 M From The Edge Of The Road.J) Arrangement Of Connections To The District Road Ul. Partyzańskiego.K) Construction Of A Technological Channel - If Necessary.L) Construction Of Traffic Organization, Except That At Ul. Dr. Jan Jaworski Introduction Of A Tonnage Limitation. M) Reconstruction Of Infrastructure Colliding With The Planned Investment. N) The Above Parameters May Change Due To Changes In Applicable Technical Conditions, The Contractors Original Proposal Or The Ordering Partys Order.
