The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In: A) Rodent Control (Using Permanent Rodent Feeders), B) Disinfection, C) Disinfestation, D) Deodorization, E) Ozonation, F) Combating Wasp And Hornet Nests, G) Catching Live Pigeons, Removing Dead Pigeons, H) Cleaning Up Excrements, I) Disinfection, Disinfestation, Deodorization After Removal Dead Pigeons,J) Disinfection, Disinfestation, Deodorization And Ozonation After Deaths And Evictions,K) Disinfection Of Playgrounds.The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Performed In The Premises, In Common Areas (E.G. Staircase, Attic, Basement), In Areas Adjacent To The Property (E.G. Yard, Fence).2. The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Performed On The Basis Of A Written Or Electronic Notification Sent By The Ordering Party To The Contractor, Containing: A) The Address Of The Property And The Initial Scope Of Work, B) The Mode Of Work Execution (Ordinary, Urgent), C) Contact Person.3. A Durable Rodent Feeder Is Understood As A Feeder Made Of Plastic Or Metal.4. The Contractor Declares That It Has All The Necessary Authorizations Required By Law To Properly Implement The Subject Of This Agreement, As Well As Equipment, Tools, Human Resources, Financial Resources, And Economic Potential To Secure The Execution Of The Agreement.5. The Contractor Declares That The Preparations And Materials (Active Substances Used In Them) Used To Perform The Subject Of This Contract Are Admitted To Trading In Accordance With The Law, In Particular In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 9, 2015 On Biocidal Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 24, As Amended) And Have Certificates Issued By The National Institute Of Hygiene, And That They Can Be Used In Buildings Residential, In Common Rooms Such As Staircase, Corridor, Etc.6. The Contractor Will Start Processing The Notification (I.E. Will Take All Actions Necessary To Perform The Service): A) Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Regular Notification Or B) Within 1 Business Day From The Date Of Receipt Of The Urgent Notification.7. Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Agreement On The Part Of The Ordering Party Will Be Exercised By Individual Employees Of The Ordering Partys Customer Service Points.8. The Contractor May Not Commission The Performance Of All Or Part Of The Contract To Entities Other Than Those Indicated In § 9 Section 1 Without A Written Notification To The Ordering Party.9. The Contractors Offer Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Agreement.10. The Projected Quantities Of Services To Be Performed Provided In The Offer Form Are An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Different Number Of Services Within The Maximum Remuneration Resulting From The Agreement Concluded With The Contractor.
