1. The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Diesel Oil For The Needs Of Ppdb Sp. Z O. O. - Successive Refueling Of Tanks Owned By The Ordering Party, Intended For Liquid Fuel.2. Delivery Of Diesel Oil For The Needs Of Ppdb Sp. Z O. O. - The Order Consists Of A Basic Order And An Order Covered By Option Rights. 3. The Order Includes The Delivery Of 60,000 Liters Of B0 Diesel Oil Without Biocomponents For The Basic Order And 90,000 Liters Of B0 Diesel Oil Without Biocomponents For The Order Covered By The Option Right.4. The Place Of Delivery Is Powiatowe Przedsiębiorstwo Drogowo – Budowlane Sp. Z O. O. In Sokółka, Respectively: - Road District No. 1 In Sokółka, Ul. Torowa 12, 16-100 Sokółka – 2 Tanks, Max. Capacity 5,000 Liters Each, - Road Circuit No. 2 In Dąbrowa Białostocka, Ul. Gen. E. J. Godlewskiego 70, 16-200 Dąbrowa Białostocka – 1 Tank, Max. Capacity 5,000 Liters - Road Circuit No. 3 In Suchowola, Ul. Augustowska 54, 16-150 Suchowola - 1 Tank, Max. Capacity 5,000 Liters.5. The Supply Of Diesel Oil Will Be Carried Out By Refueling Tanks Owned By The Ordering Party, Intended For Liquid Fuel.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver B0 Diesel Oil Without Biocomponents Only From Current Production (Maximum Three Months From The Production Date) And Guarantees Its Durability (Suitability For Use) For A Period Of At Least Three Months From The Date Of Delivery.7. Each Quantity And Delivery Date Will Be Determined In Writing (Electronically Accepted) By The Notification/Order Prepared By The Ordering Party. The Maximum Size Of A Single Delivery Carried Out As Part Of Successive Deliveries Is Up To 5,000 Liters.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Delivery Using Road Tankers With A Certificate Of Approval For The Transport Of Hazardous Materials In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Equipped With Flow Meters With Valid Legalizations.9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out Deliveries In A Road Tanker Equipped With A Pump Or Distributor That Meets All The Requirements Of Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of May 11, 2001. Law On Measurements (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2063, As Amended). The Vehicle Used For Fuel Deliveries Should Be Equipped With Verified Measuring Devices Measuring The Amount Of Fuel Discharged Into A Specific Tank. Both The Tank And The Measuring Device Should Have Valid Verification Features And A Set Of Undamaged Seals Applied By An Authorized Body.10. The Receipt Of Fuel Will Be Confirmed By A Receipt Report Based On The Readings Of The Tank Trucks Measuring Device.11. With The Fuel Delivery, The Contractor Will Attach A Document Regarding The Quality Of A Given Batch Of Fuel, In Particular Specifying The Physical And Chemical Parameters (Quality Certificate) In The Original Or A Copy Certified To The Original.12. The Diesel Fuel Quality Certificate Must Contain At Least: - Number; - Date Of Issue; - The Exact Name Of The Diesel Fuel; - Name Of The Entity Issuing The Diesel Fuel
