Tenders Are Invited For Organizing And Conducting Training On Overcoming Construction Closes (Breachers) For 36 Police Officers As Part Of The Project Entitled In Service++ From The Internal Security Fund
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of 3 (Three) Editions Of A Five-Day (Monday To Friday) Specialist Training In The Field Of Overcoming Construction Closures (So-Called Breacher Training) For 36 Police Officers. The Training Covers A Minimum Of 40 Teaching Hours And Will Be Carried Out In Three Training Groups Of 12 People.2. The Order Includes: A) Organization And Conduct Of A Five-Day Specialist Training In The Field Of Overcoming Building Closures (So-Called Breaching) For 36 Police Officers, Divided Into Three Training Groups Of 12 People Each. The Training Should Include A Minimum Of 40 Teaching Hours And Be Conducted By Qualified Instructors. B) Providing An Appropriate Training Facility, Adapted To Carry Out Practical Classes In The Field Of Overcoming Building Closures, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Shooting Range Regulations. C) Providing Qualified Instructors With Experience And Knowledge In Overcoming Building Closures.3. The Training Should Be Conducted In The City Of Białystok Or In A Location No More Than 30 Km Away From The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Białystok - In Accordance With The Declaration Included In The Offer Form.4. Implementation Date:1) The Training Will Be Carried Out In Three Rounds (Training Groups), According To The Schedule Below:• Group I: March 30 To April 3, 2026• Group Ii: April 13-17, 2026• Group Iii: April 20-24, 20262) The Dates Of Each Round Will Be Confirmed In Writing (E-Mail Or Letter), No Later Than 7 Business Days Before The Planned Date Training.3) The Training For Each Group Will Last 5 Training Days.
