1. The Subject Of The Order Are Specialist Care Services - Physiotherapist. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Part 1 - Specialized Care Services (Physiotherapist) At The Place Of Residence. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services At The Place Of Residence And In Assisted Living Facilities, Including Physical Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Impaired Body Functions To The Extent Not Covered By The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds. In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Doctor/Specialist In The Field Of Physical Rehabilitation Or Physiotherapy For 20 People In Need Of Support (Opw) In The Place Of Residence For A Total Of 800 Hours: 20 Opw X Avg. 4 H/Month/Opw X 10 Months = 800 H 2.
