The Ministry Of Social Development And Poverty Reduction (The Ministry) Is Seeking A Contractor For Third Party Administration Of Bcea To Assistance In The Langley Area To Provide Service For Up To Twenty (20) Clients For Each Calendar Month During The Term Of The Contract.The Contractor Will Serve Clients Who Receive Bcea Assistance From The Ministry And Who Have Shown A Pattern Of Unacceptable Behaviour, Or For Whom There Is A Legal Reason Preventing Them From Attending A Ministry Community Service Office.
