Tenders Are Invited For Personalized Online Rescue Plan Service

The City Of Savonlinna Asks For An Offer For The Procurement Of A Personalized Online Service For The Preparation And Management Of Rescue Plans For The Contract Period 01.05.2026 - 31.12.2028 + Option Option Valid Until 01.01.2029. The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely After 01.01.2029, Unless The City Of Savonlinna Terminates The Contract To End At The End Of The Contract Period. If The Contract Is Terminated, It Will Be Done In Writing No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. If The Contract Continues, The Procurement Contract Will Be Applied During The Option Period Under The Previous Conditions, In Accordance With Those In Force At The End Of The Contract Period. When Submitting A Bid And Signing The Procurement Contract, The Contract Supplier Undertakes For His Part That The Contract Will Continue For The Specified Period, If The City Of Savonlinna So Wishes. The City Of Savonlinna Does Not Currently Have A Separate System For The Management And Maintenance Of Emergency Plans, But The Emergency Plans Are Documents In The File System. The Purpose Of The Procured System Is To Implement The Management And Maintenance Of Around 32 Statutory Emergency Plans For The Facility Managed By The City Of Savonlinnas Facilities Services. According To The Preliminary Estimate, The System Will Have About 100 Users And About 4 Main Users. During The Contract Period, There Is No Commitment To Minimum Order Quantities And Only The Amount Allowed By The Available Funds Will Be Procured. The Quantities Mentioned In The Request For Quotation Are Indicative Estimates Of The Orders/Changes To Be Made During 48 Months And Are Not Binding On The Subscribers. The Service Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Procurement Model Is A One (1) Supplier Procurement Contract, Where The Customer Places Orders Directly From The Selected Supplier.
